Unclejoe420
Hi Folks!! Was just wondering if anyone knows of s decent software package than can conver RealMedia video files into another format? I'm asking this because my old program that i used to previously perform this task has decided to stop working properly, so any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Guest
I haven't tried converting RM video before, but I do use DivX converter a lot - mainly to compress mpeg2 files that my video capture card creates. I'll give it a go with an RM file and see if it can convert it. A quick look found http://www.rmconverter.com/ and http://www.imtoo.com/rm-converter.html. A couple of other links I found that may be of use are: http://www.videohelp.com/rmto.htm http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/ Hope you find a solution .... Naomi. Earendil
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html Converts just about any video format. And it's 100% free
Unclejoe420
Well, i downloaded SUPER video converter today, and will probably have a decent try of it tomorrow. The program i was originally using was PSP Video Express - strange thing is that when i tried to convert an RM file earlier, it worked!! I'm guessing that there was some sort of codec problem before, which was screwing things up..
