I find late fall , Im so anxious to get out in a coat that anything below +5 is good to go... at that time of year +5 feels "cold" after youve been used to summer temps in the 80s for the past several months.. I find though through winter I soon get acclimated to what is "cold" so now Im at -10 is no big deal.. even now -10, the sun is so much closer wearing my raccoon coat and hat the other day was on the edge of getting to warm outside... raccoon is pretty heavy and warm though in my opinion... to me I don't find mink to be a "warm" fur... if I was wearing my full length silver fox or coyote at -10 that day I would have cooked myself!! I find mornings now are the best go for my fur walks.. the temperatures are still cool enough to enjoy it, versus the end of the day where its almost always around 0 or warmer... we're going to get a massive snowstorm here this weekend, but by next week, +6 for the highs.. so maybe a week of outdoor fur fun for sure... I may just have to back off on the full length heavy coats to a jacket or parka instead... oh well... its all good!

Went out lastnite in my heavy full length silver fox, white knit fox hat, and silver fox mitts... I thought it was alot colder than it was... I lasted about 15 minutes walking in -3 before it was just too warm... Im super skinny too , that coat is just too warm!! It was windy though, so it was nice to see all those long gaurd hairs being whipped around in the wind... 

A few -20 nights still this week, so its not over yet!!

Warmed up considerably here for a good week, but now its cooled off a bit... it was 0 this morning, but with the number of outdoor fur days coming to an end, I made it a raccoon coat morning... got in a nice 15 minute walk this morning, but was pretty warm... was hoping to stop at the other park on the way home for a walk around the pond, but +5 and a full length raccoon is just to warm for me... As much as I want spring and summer to come... looks like a few -15C night are forecast for next week, and highs only -8C... still looks like another solid of week of some outdoor fur adventures... only bad thing is right now is the mornings are pretty slippery walking.. I almost ended up on my butt a few times this morning because of all the ice...

The weather is freezing again in Toronto after similar warm-up... I complimented a young woman in a fluffy black faux fur at Starbucks this morning... Very mob wife with the Kendall Jenner makeup look... Coat looked coarse, but the effect it gave me literally had me over to her and babbling a compliment without thinking... Last night, my wife left the baby alpaca fur bedspread out on the bed... Her plan to get me to bed early worked, and I really enjoyed sleeping on it nude all night on top of the duvet... Despite the colder temperature in our room, I was warm all night... Amazing properties in that fur and wildly soft and stimulating! 🏆🦙🏆

I suddenly experienced a strong urge to get in fur. I took six of my fur coats and had a wonderful time. I am a furlover for over 50 years and my love for furs remains unaffected. Soooo delicious to wrap myself in my wonderful coats.

I love walk around street or the forest in my fur during winter and hard cold, the sensation of fur inside or outside. Absolutely lovely.

Yesterday, I had a chance to be all alone with the furs too for prettt much the whole day but had a project deadline so I had to remain focused. Over the past couple of days I have been fantasising more than usual about furs that I would desire to wear about. Browsing the second hand market for minks, beavers and foxes I dream of how I would be wearing them as an authentic expression of my self. I found a beautiful mink listed; one of the now-unusual characer of wide sleeves gathered up to full shoulders and to narrow cuffs, elegant fine flowing strips of mink running down from shoulder to calf. Those sleeves really tickle my fancy.

I got to measuring my body; the shoulders would fit me just right with room for a well fitted jacket beneath, and the sleeves somehow fall at just the right place for my lengthy masculine arms. To my surprise, as a man of large and slender stature, this conventionally strongly feminine coat would fit me perfectly. I fantasise about myself perambulating through a crisp winter night, figure wrapped so perfectly in this mink with a sable scarf caressing my neck.

I think that it would be an awfully poor decision to purchase this garment, my finances must be prioritised elsewhere and I feel that I am not quite ready to wear furs yet. Alas, time well spent dreaming is essential and nearly never without fruit, call it checking in on oneself.

Yes the desire to wear fur is there and often there.  I think about furs mostly every day.  The feeling is not there when life gets too busy or stressful or exhausting.  I can relate to when I wear furs privately in the bedroom it’s a wonderful, soft, pleasurable and sexual feeling.  Being surrounded in furs and looking through a fox fur frame is incredible.  Taking them off , I can feel the let down, thst my body misses the feeling.  Furs feel like nothing else on Earth.  I have created many a fantasy in my head of where furs can lead.  At times furs enter my dreams as well.  If my mind is in the gutter, the fantasizing about furs is overwhelming.  
 

I am lucky enough to share furs with my wife and she has been accepting of my fetish for a long time.  She does not like to wear them in public unfortunately (unfortunate because she looks sensational in her fur) but after reading many personal stories and introductions here I know I’m lucky to have a partner to confide and share furs with.  If I was a woman I’d be overwhelmed in furs in almost every cold outdoor moment.  I have to balance that I do not get dependant on furs for love making.  And love making in furs is absolutely a stunning experience thst I can’t get enough of.  
 

Simple but great thread to talk about.  It is the reason I am here.  I am enjoying conversing with many other fur lovers on this forum.

Indeed, I would think that it could become inconvenient if one was to depend entirely on furs for sexual pleasure, I suppose that would be a 'true fur fetish'. In the same sense, it could be said that it is just as inconvenient to depend on anything other than oneself for sexual pleasure, dependencies afforded to most people nowadays, no matter how 'vanilla', be it on pornography or a partner.

I too maintain diversity in the sources of my sexual pleasure, involving furs about half the time. I find that the involvement of furs, including their types, depends on my erotic 'headspace' at the time. I must admit, I also discover that time sensually occupied with furs is frequently far more enthralling than that without, there is something about furs that utterly transcends normalcy, a phenomenon I am certain most people of this community sympathise with.

The feeling was with me again. This overwhelming need to be in furs. I spend some beautiful moments in and with my fur coats, minks and phantom beavers. Wrapping myself in them for hours while dreaming about new coats and browsing through my collection of pictures of women in their furs. This is not only an erotic fetish, this is also a sensual and aesthetical pleasure. It is such an exciting feeling to wrap myself in those women's coats. And after having written these words, it happened again and I write this while wrapping myself in mink. I am a genuine fur addict and I love it. It's such a marvellous feeling to be in fur.

This time I find it difficult to stop this fursession. I am in fur now for more than an hour and I cannot get enough of it. I am trapped in my fur coats, confined in this delicious soft jail made from mink and phantom beaver.
