HELP - Fur Type Identification

I have my suspicions, but I'm curious what the community thinks...

I'd also bet fitch. How is the hair? Silky, fine, medium, coarse, very coarse?

It is bleached raccoon, not fitch

I don’t know, I’m kind of leaning toward fitch. Do you have any photos of jackets that are that bleached white raccoon color that can be used to compare to this one?

I'm going with @furlovertx, we have a few Fitch's and I have raccoon too. I'm thinking bleached raccoon.

Pelts look too long and wide for a fitch -including cheap ones which are stretched way too much.

Ferrets are not that wide and don't have that texture. There's no way it's fitch.

I admit it, it's not fitch. I haven't considered the size of the pelts (now I feel like a noob). The guard hairs are also quite long. Bleached raccon is a better guess.
