furs limited Posted November 20 Share Posted November 20 Masie Was a Lady [1941] . I happened to take a break while this was on TCM this afternoon. What nice coincidence to see an amazing Lynx coat on one of the minor characters. A spoiled rich girl in a collarless style coat, but with deep, deep pelts. dongleboy Posted November 20 Share Posted November 20 It’s amazing how much fur is shown on ‘old’ movies from that period. I suppose it was a shorthand way of emphasising the social class/wealth of the character.
