I felt good the other day and snapped a couple of selfles with my two decent coats. The black one is mink with fox trim. The white one is blue fox. I showed them to my wife and her opinion on which one looked good differed from mine. Which one looks better? Or, do they both look silly?

Personally, I find the comment of your wife like the perfect judgement... If your wife appreciate your fur style, this is a perfect fur life.

I prefer the mink with black fox collar, a mink for a men is more simple, wear it everyday in any situation...

I wear lot of mink and I love the feeling and the softness.

Black mink looks amazing on you!

I agree with everyone here so far, the darker mink coat is better fitting.

Neither are silly - they both look terrific!

You folks seem to be on the same page as my wife. She took one look and said, "The black one is better." I don't think there is a wrong choice. Both have their good qualities. The mink is by far a thicker coat, so it feels a little top bulky. The fox doesn't feel that way and is much softer. The downside is that white isn't my color. I tend to do better with browns, grays, and black. Thanks for weighing in.

This is really nice if we follows your wife. If you want the best coat between the softness and the black color, maybe you purchase a black fox fur coat...

So simple hahaha.
