FurRugLover
This morning, I was told about an outdoor winter fair held over the Christmas holiday, where shop owners had temporary booths to promote and sell their goods. At one of the booths, there was a display of fur decor products featuring both real and faux (fake) fur items. On the floor, there were both real and faux fur rugs. (He mentioned that there were at least three different types of animal furs but never got a close look at the rugs on the floor.) The interesting thing was this: despite the grounds being dirty outside, visitors were allowed to step all over the real fur rugs on the floor—but NOT the faux fur rugs. That’s right, you were required to remove your shoes before stepping on the faux furs, while the real furs were fine to walk on with shoes and boots, which seems completely counterintuitive for many.
