Just this evening, we were returning from the store and saw a mother duck and a whole parade of ducklings waddling across the parking lot. They were heading back to the pond on the other side of the road.

 

I drove my car into the middle of the driveway and parked in such a way as to block traffic until the ducks made it across. We rolled the windows down and watched the mother and babies waddle along.

 

I was thinking of this video and listening to the music in my head as they went.
