And it's not only PETA; but WWF also. Raymond Bonner wrote about the threat to wildlife (most especially elephants) in his excellent "At The Hand of Man". He exposed the WWF for the exact same thing -- fat-salaried individuals at the top of the organisation, sitting at their huge desks on Park Avenue...etc, etc. Nauseating, isn't it?
