Guest
Got my snow fix for a couple of weeks. Went up to Paradise which is about 6000ft. Elevation. The snow was up to the top observation deck of the Visitors Lodge or about 25 ft. deep. Of course the buildings are built to handle the snow. The winter of'71-'72 it was totally buried. They had 120 feet of snow that winter. Couldn't see much since we were in the clouds. Good light to photograph though. Nobody else wearing fur but almost everyone was wearing petroleum in one form or another. Lot of fleece and gortex. OFF
cbernard92
thats another good thing about fur its a renewable resource where as petroleum based outerwear won't last very long now with the increased demand and decreased supply of oil
