cbernard92
This guy is a member over at FFG (Frapolis) http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=sYUXd7cxjdI&feature=related and this one is kinda weird, and I feel bad for him after those comments, but I believe he posted some pics in the FFG gallery a while ago too. http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=UipZ3_BuK5M&feature=related
JGalanos
Nice coyote jacket in the first video. I think it was shot in Germany (so with the cottage in the background I had visions of Hansel and Gretel dancing in my head). The second video was a bit over the top. I hope he didn't have a runny nose that day!
furrycocoon
I think the guy is enjoying his silver fox coat.Don't tell me that none of the guys here don't do that.I think he just has the balls to show everyone his love of furs.
Worker 11811
The the first video was nice. The presentation was done well. I like the setting/background. It fits the jacket very well. It was a little bit long for what the video showed. A person who wasn't interested in furs would think it boring... On the other hand, the video wasn't intended to be "Gone With the Wind". Was it? You're right the second one did seem rather odd. If he had put some thought into it beforehand, I think it would have been better. If he had simply talked to the camera as if he was giving an informal interview and discussed why he loved fur and how it made him felt, the very same actions on-screen wouldn't have seemed so far off base. Use this analogy... If I walked onto the a stage, in front of an audience, and simply held up a rubber chicken, it wouldn't be funny. But, if I told a chicken joke first then pulled the rubber chicken out of my pocket the audience might laugh. It's all about setting the context of the scene. If the audience doesn't know what the context is they don't know how to judge the actor. If the context is set first, they know what to expect and will be more likely to react the way you want them to. The same thing is done in movies where an "establishing shot" is used to set the context of the scene before the action starts. The one negative comment on the first video was from some anti-fur wanker. One of the negative comments on the second video was from a wanker too. When reading comments you can basically subtract those out. Bad comments from wankers don't count.
White Fox
Cocoon, I agree totally I think there might be one or two others here who have done that! Just like he was doing. W
firstfur
I know better than to take you literally, White Fox, when you say one or two others, (if that were true then I would represent either 100 or 50% of that group--and I know that's far from the case), but all I can say is that I found the second video a very honest and forthright expression of feelings that many (if not most) of us have about furs. To open oneself to the many pleasures of fur is an ongoing process for most of us, as we've struggled to come to terms with just how important fur is to our sense of well-being. I am, frankly, a little surprised that the second video is off-putting to some fur lovers. And yes, JG, I do admit to sharing your concern about a runny nose.....or a runny anything, for that matter....especially with such a good looking silver fox. Furriest best to you all, Firstfur
Worker 11811
firstfur; I only said the VIDEO seemed odd. I did NOT say the guy in the video was odd. I was also very explicit as to WHY I thought the video was odd. (No context.) I also gave ideas that I thought would make the video better. If you are already a fur lover, there is less need to set up context beforehand but to the millions of YouTube viewers out there who don't "get it", the video seems odd for lack of any information telling us why he's doing that. There's nothing wrong with loving fur or rubbing fur all over yourself. In fact, I like to do it too! I was simply offering constructive criticism and giving my opinion on what I thought would make the video better. Doesn't everybody at least want a LITTLE bit of constructive criticism when they display their work?
JGalanos
I am, frankly, a little surprised that the second video is off-putting to some fur lovers. And yes, JG, I do admit to sharing your concern about a runny nose.....or a runny anything, for that matter....especially with such a good looking silver fox. Firstfur, I agree with Worker's take on the video (issue with the lack of context). When I viewed it the first time, I felt like a voyeur ... Like I had stumbled upon someone in the midst of a private, intimate act. If he had provided an appropriate introduction to the video I think my reaction would have been different than my original (whoa!) one.
lynxette
I absolutely loved both of the furs, especially I must say the silver fox. As to the presentation of the silver fox video, it just wasn't sexy to watch, although I am sure he was enjoying things a bit. Maybe a change of clothes and background or something?? Definitely not criticising his love of furs, just possibly that certain moments should remain private.
