Time Zone Setting in User Control Panel

Just an FYI ... I have found the "subsilver2" board option preferable to the default. And a cool new feature (I don't recall the old board offering it) is the ability to set the clock to local time (so when you log in you see all the posts in your own time zone).

That feature was also in the old board software.

I wish I had known that. Seeing everything in Pacific Time got a lil old.

It wasn't in the most easy to find place in the old board. Now it's right where you can see it.

 

There are lots of other neat features that are new in this version of the software.

As we get more used to all the new features, ourselves, we might post a few tutorials on them.

 

But that won't be until a little later... IF people want to see them.

The personal timezone setting is under User Control Panel => Board Preferences tab => My Timezone.
