Brandy access to gallery..

 

I am having some problems getting onto the gallery..

 

I have changed my password last month and now i can't gain access...

 

i was blocked out temporarily last month also...

 

i am using firefox..but I am not up to date with it yet...so even deleting cookies is taking me time..

 

any advice..

When you try to access the gallery, what happens?

 

Is it not accepting your username or password, or do you get some other type of message?

 

Try deleting your cookies as well. If you are using Firefox I think you can go in and just delete any Fur Den cookies so you don't loose any other saved cookies.

 

Cookie Culler is a good extension for managing cookies if you aren't using something else already.

The Gallery uses a different database than these forums for authenticating users. Once a month I copy the user records from the forums database to the Gallery database to re-synchronize userids and passwords. This is usually done on the last Sunday of the month.

 

If between the monthly re-sync runs, you change your password for these forums, that change will not be immediately reflected in the Gallery's access mechanism. Your old password will remain in effect for the Gallery until the next re-sync is done.
