Folks, I just realized it is Father's Day this weekend, in Canada at least. I am not sure how many other countries, and of course we have members from all over the world.

 

Well, this site was an amalgamation of two different sites. The Fur Den, and Melody O'Hair. Well, the founder of Melody was Fuzzywol, and he is no longer around the site. However, the Father of the Den is FrBrGr, and he is certainly here. Posting here often, and taking an active part, etc. He is indeed one of the original members of any fur sites on the internet, and we owe these guys so much for their fore site.

 

I just realized that he is "Father of the Den", and as such we should recognize this as his day!

 

Happy Father's Day FrBrGr! And as John Wayne once said, "May you be here for ever, and may I be here one day longer!"

Awwww . . . shucks, guys! Thanks! I was duly reminded of the fact that yesterday was father's day by kids and grandkids, but this is another family that means everything in the world to me, and while I certainly don't consider anyone here "offspring," I am reminded that over the past twelve or thirteen years, I have had a ton of fun seeing this website grow into its young adulthood. - thanks to all of my "brothers and sisters" who also recognize the magical sensuality of fur, as well as its many practical and sustainable values. By and large, it's been a great trip. One can only imagine what happens next!

 

Now then, to all of the other real fathers out there, I wish you a belated, but none-the-less happy Father's Day! May the joy of fatherhood come back and bless you a multitude of times!
