Kappa
In the past, some members have asked if there are additional photos for some that are listed in the gallery. I just wanted to share that yes, I do have additional photos to the ones I just uploaded. The rest do include fur however they are 'revealing' and hence do not fit within the guidelines for the gallery. If anyone is interested, PM me a place to send them and I'll be happy to share. In case anyone who hasn't seen them, they do 'kind of' fit with another thread here discussing what looks good with fur.
Worker 11811
Define "revealing"... Pictures showing "breasts and bums" are allowed. SOME frontal nudity is allowed. Other frontal nudity is not allowed: A picture showing frontal nudity in an artistic way would be allowed if the picture is centering on the FUR and not the persons nether-regions. "Tasteful nudes" are allowed, wither they are male or female models. A good way to judge this would be to compare your picture with a "Classic Playboy-type picture." A picture showing "stiff male member" or a person touching his/her self in a sexual way is not allowed. Pictures showing multiple nude people are allowed if the models are NOT having sex. Don't forget! ALL models in ALL pictures posted MUST be over the age of 18 years old! There are very few exceptions to this rule! The problem with this is that there are really no hard and fast rules to what's "pornography" and what's "art". It is truly a moving target. It really depends on the standards of the person judging the picture. The reason we have these rules is NOT because we want to censor the pictures our members post for "personal" reasons. In fact, I like to look at pictures of naked people wearing fur too, sometimes. The reason we do this is because our Internet Service Provider has restrictions on the materials we are allowed to put on their servers. If they find "objectionable material" on our website they can shut us down WITHOUT NOTICE. What makes it worse is that their rules are very vague. They simply say that "overtly sexual" material is not allowed. They put in a few quick clauses about "child pornography" and "patently illegeal, hateful or seditious" content but they leave the rest up to interpretation. It all comes down to US creating our own rules and enforcing them ourselves. As long as we do that, we'll be okay. IF we don't, we could wake up one day and find that the Fur Den is off the air! Then White Fox will have to contact GoDaddy and plead his case. IF they agree, we'll be allowed to go back on the air. IF they don't we'll be shut down permanently. If it happens too often (more than twice) the ISP doesn't have to even hear our case. They can simply say, "Too bad! So sad! You had your chance!" Then we'll be screwed! I don't like it either but that's the rules we have to live under unless we can find an ISP who doesn't have such restrictions. The problem is that places like that often charge higher rates for allowing "adult content". We can't afford that right now. So, if you have some pictures that you'd like to share but you don't know if they are allowed, please contact one of our staff members and they'll help you decide. Thanks! Kappa
"Thank you Captain Obvious!" That is why I posted what I did. I also understand that some do not object to seeing 'it all', so I offered to share the other files as well.
Worker 11811
Some people are new to the forums. Some people "skim". Still others who have been here for a long time have never read the rules even though there is a link to them at the top of every page. Some things bear repeating... Worker 11811
Capital "B"! "Bear" when it is used as a short word for "Teddy Bear" gets a capital because they were named after Teddy Roosevelt! That's a proper name! And, proper names get capitals! So say the Bears! [image]http://s107.photobucket.com/albums/m294/Cirrus01/th_Pudge.jpg[/image] When there are 1,000 of them all staring and shaking their heads at you, it is wise to listen to what they say, lest you wake up one morning to the "Gulliver Treatment"! Worker 11811
When there are 1,000 of them and only one of you, it can be disconcerting, to say the least, when you hear one whisper, "You have to go to sleep SOME time!"
