ReFur
Brandy, I believe this fur is an older Finnish Raccoon. It is typically feathered as this fur; sometimes they are bleached, but this one is not. They are sometimes confused with Tanuki. We are talking about adding a new folder to our gallery specifically for fur education. It would have examples of various animals, fur type examples and fur workmanship/ techniques. I think many would find it interesting and very informative. But, we are still evaluating the idea. What do you think? BTW, nice photos, Dappleboy! Linda
fur999
I thoufght it was racoon too. I bought my gf a beautiful fitted suede jacket with racoon collar for christmas a few years back, and the fur was a simila colouring and texture to this. Though this obviously has a lot more fur too it. Damn I wish I was richer... 999 xxx
Earendil
This is a nice link. For me however, the fur becomes too coarse. I need the softer types to get satisfaction. But yeah.. The find is indeed great!
Worker 11811
Depends on what part of the body you are trying to satisfy. Slightly coarse furs might work better on the arms, legs and back because those areas are a bit less sensitive. But for the "most sensitive" areas, course furs could be irritating. You'd definitely want something softer down there.
