Chat problem and solution

Folks we have found a slight problem with Chat. If you come on and sit waiting for others for awhile when they come on they may not see you. The solution is simple. Just post something quick. Even just an exclamation mark or something or a short sentence. Then every five minutes or so after post something quick like that. That will solve the problem. If you do not do this and a person comes in fifteen minutes later they may not see you. However, if you do it tests show that they will always see you.
