almost 1300 gallery pitchures gone.

Hi,

on 9/11 I down loaded a bunch of gallery pictures ending on pg 144 with 14596 total pictures now today there are 13245 pictures. I was surfing and saving pictures and started at the end of page 130 and worked backwards and did not get and dups until the network connection crashed (local problem). Are these pictures being removed for copyright problems. Or are they being lost due to your server problems???? I am now lost in the ozone as to what prictures I have downloaded and saved and what I am working on. I keep a log file in txt about where I am in the Gallery when downloading and saving photos.

I like to collect the pictures on my hard drive because I have a wallpaper changer that changes the wallpaper every 3 minutes. I could send that wallpaper changer to anybody who wants it as it freeware/shareware and costs nothing to own.

I'm sorry you have had problems...

 

***What I suggest. I use the "Eyeball" style, and am not sure if all styles work the same here. However, I did check our "Recent" area, but it only goes back to September 11 - NOT Sept 10th, so I cannot tell if I can see all photos posted on that day or now. Of those I can see I can see none by you.

 

Using the Eyeball "Theme" of the Gallery (If you look around your page, changing themes is very easy), if you go to each individual Gallery Album (Fur Fashion, Ebay, Men), and place your mouse pointer over the photos in that Album you will see when those photos were posted. I think you would find that "September the 10th" is still on the front page. Thus, if it is, just have a look. If you see none of your photos there, it means that none actually came through. So, you can simply start over.

 

This should be very quick to do in the theme you use, or you can change to Eyeball if needed. I am pretty sure you will see that no photos were actually posted to our Gallery.

In any theme, click on the "Last uploads" button to access all images in the Gallery's database. There are 558 pages of images.
