scottyfur
Hi everyone.. I guess I am a long time lurker in these forums, silent and not really contributing. Well that came from having a wife who I told about my love for fur, and who tried it out but couldn't get into it for moral reasons. I was married to her for a 2 years and went out with her for 2 years before. Well recently I found out that she has been cheating on me for over 6 months. SOOOOooo needless to say we are currently seperated and Im trying to find myself again. So where do I turn? To the warm welcoming arms of fur. AAahhhhhhh I am going to try to be more a part of this community and hopefully once my head clears and gets straight, find a fur loving girlfriend. One can hope right? I know how understanding and welcoming this group is, and Im glad to be an active memeber. Scottyfur

Worker 11811
Hey, Scotty! I can't offer a whole lot of advice on the domestic issue. You seem to be taking it in stride. That's a good thing, I guess. All I can say is to just hang in there. You'll get through it eventually. We're all pulling for you!
FrBrGr
You are definitely among friends here, scottyfur. Sorry the marriage didn't work out, but speaking as someone who's been there, done that, well . . . s**t happens. Actually, I'm happy that kind of s**t happened with me, because if that s**t hadn't happened, I never would have met "The Duchess." Maybe it's my John Calvin-rooted upbringing that influences my thinking, but everything happens for a reason. There's a better road to travel out there for you! (Hopefully, there will be many furs on it, as well as your very own "fur queen!" ) Here's to new roads, brother . . . We're happy you're here. Worker 11811
The fur might not make things better but it sure makes life a whole lot more tolerable until things do get better.

Kappa
You're not alone in the experiences you both have had and are receiving now. I've been there myself (a few years ago) and getting back to who you were or want to be can sometimes be hard. Be sure to continue with what you're doing and indulge some of the things you haven't yet. It's one way to move forward and get a feel for the things you are interested in or have been interested in. Just keep the one thought in mind, each day is a new one.
