FrBrGr
I wanted to take a moment of everyone's time to point out possibly the largest and most exhaustive undertaking by a member of The Fur Den in the its fourteen year history. You will find "A Tribute To Jayne Mansfield and Her Furs" now posted as a "sticky" in the Photo and Video Discussion Forum. http://thefurden.com/bbden/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=10995 for those of you who want a shortcut getting there. Roninphy has presented Jayne Mansfield as the icon she became in Hollywood and her ability to use fur as an instrument, or a method of communicating her sexuality with fur; her "fur lexicon," as Roninphy has put it. He also looks at other Hollywood "femme fatales," such as Mae West and Jean Harlow, to illustrate how the legendary sex symbols used fur to their fullest advantage to communicate their sexuality. This is a must see! Take your time with it; it isn't something you can just breeze over, and it shouldn't be. I know White Fox is considering a couple of options to to make sure this project is positioned somewhere in either the Den or the Den's wiki so members and guests will be able to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you, Roninphy, for all of your very hard work in creating this for us to enjoy. Your contributions to The Fur Den, including your "Fantasy Models in Fur," are invaluable, and are prized by us all! White Fox
Like Mr B, there is not much more to be said than "Fanatastic"! Roninphy obviously did a whole lot of work on this and we all need to say a huge word of thanks! That thread is indeed Fantastic! W
