Good Bye My Friends

MadisonAvenueFurPrincess

Recommended Posts

While things have to end sometime! I have decided due to personal faith conviction to leave the Fur Den as Madison Avenue Fur Princess. The person who was once her namesake is really no more. I will always have an intense liking for Fur, but I must focus on the most important thing for Me and To honor The Fur Den's Policy of being silent about some things I believe go against God's Way I just could not do anymore. I have commited my life totally and completly to serving my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I will miss many of You, I wish You the best in life. If this post gets deleted, so be it.

Madison Avenue Fur Princess, I am really saddened by your decision. Your presence was much appreciated here. I hope you will remember your days at the fur den in happy memories.

Thank You all for supporting My decision and for Your friendship. I want to give a proper goodbye to those I have known for many years and I will answer any question You may have Privately if I had a relationship with You while I was here. At this point I plan very shortly to discontinue posting or checking PM's. I want the Administration of The Fur Den to know that despite any run ins We had in the past, I harbor no ill will, You were just doing what the guidelines of this site required, whether I agreed or not. My decision to leave here whether it be for a season or a lifetime was made on my own accord so that I could honor God the way He has asked Me to. If You know my history here You have seen a rather broad spectrum of comments from Me and You have watched Me both put my foot in my mouth and grow. Unfortunatly Madison Avenue Fur Princess was not the best person for me to be and I cannot be her any longer , She was often full of Pride, Selfishness, Vanity, Greed and other traits that were not very giving or kind. As long as I continue to post here as Her Namesake I in a way would not be able to let that period of my life be in the past. I offer my apology to those I manipulated or hurt or for my own gain. Grace and Peace in Jesus Christ.

Madison:

Do what you have to do.

Some times you just have to look out for Number-One.

In reference to any past acrimony:

I don't take it personally. It is NORMAL for people to disagree and even argue some times. Anybody who says that they never argue is either a liar or a psychopath.

Take, for example, a very famous person from history Whose birthday is coming up in less than a month. He was known to have had run-ins with the money changers at the temple of King Herod in Jerusalem. On one occasion a heated argument even turned to a fight! So, take it from His example. If even He could blow His stack, how can we expect to always be happy, smiling people who never argue.

No, it's personal attacks that bug me. I don't remember there being any arguments between us that rose to that level, so we're cool.

Take care of yourself!

Maddie

Can't recall if we had any run-ins in my previous time here (or at previous Dens/Melodies), do recall some barneys that centred about your good person, but can't recall ever having to pull you back or chastise you (which some folks here no doubt wish they could say about me).

Life is a mystery, and may your future journey be fulfilling.

Feel free to drop in at anytime and try and save some of the heathens who reside here-in, or pass comment on the latest fashions, but whatever comes your way, may it be what you seek.

Sorry to see another leading (and female) member of the Den leave, but if you feel you need to devote yourself wholly (and holy) to other matters then best of luck to you.

You will be missed, but I hope you find the peace and enlightenment you're looking for.

Take care.

Madison,

I hope you will come back often (as I do.)

As I said in my pm, I wish you the very best.

Who knows, maybe a new name and a little time will help in your spiritual growth.

Linda

I have responded via PM, and will say much more (that is personal) in an email, but as site founder, I wanted to publicly say good-bye, wish you the very, very best, and extend an open-end invitation to come join us again. And remember . . . "Now we know that for those who love God all things are working together for good - for those, I mean, whom with deliberate purpose He has called." Rom 8:28 (Weymouth Concordance) You have brothers and sisters in Christ all over the world, Kat; many of them are right here in The Fur Den.

That said, the question is - why are you leaving Maddie? Your love of God and your love of fur are not mutually exclusive.

Like I said Fur and the life I associated with Fur (Fashion, Society, Parties ETC) became an Idol (Something I put in the place of or before God) to Me, so I will be taking a break from talking about Fur and probably wearing it as well until if possible God shows Me the proper place for wearing and enjoying Fur and I have become a person who keeps it in the proper place and importance. To Me WORSHIP is for God only and WE are not to Worship anything HE created. This is my OFFICIAL GOOD-BYE My Friends. Would White Fox, AK Coyote or one of the Moderators please deactivate My Account as of Monday December 8, 2008. May God Bless You ALL!
