I don't know anybody from the Ukraine but I know several people from Greece and I always go the Greek festival every summer. Good food! Good music! Good liquor! (Gotta' love real Greek Ouzo!)

 

So, on that, thoroughly unscientific yet culinary-inspired basis, I have to side with Greece on this one!
