Just tried to enter it and got repeated error messages.

It must have went down with the last upgrade a couple of days back. I've noticed the announcement board is still not up as well. But since this is a "Family weekend" for those in the US, I've not been asking that our tech folks look at it.

 

We will get at it soon once this period of family time is over.

Looks like the chat link was lost temporarily.

 

Also possible that database changes interfered with the chat authentication routines. I will check into this as time permits. Sorry for the inconvenience and for not noticing the problems earlier.

It also appears we lost access to many of our smilies.

Smilie problem fixed. There is a new admin parameter that limits the number of smilies displayed on a page, but the revised code does NOT allow for multiple pages of smilies.

I MIGHT be able to get on chat tonight around 11:30 PM New York time. Remember if you go there and wait you need to press "refresh" on your computer to reload the program every couple of minutes til someone else comes on.
