Getting ready to walk my dog in my hooded sheared beaver bomber jacket and fur boots. Who needs Aspen ?!!

Well, there are lots of us here!

 

Plus, as cold as they keep the air in my office, I could wear my fur vest all year!!

 

I doubt I will be here much longer, but I have really enjoyed it.

I want to live on Hurricane Ridge (Olympic National Park). Unfortunately they won't let me

 

I would be at 5200 feet and in full view of the Straight of Juan de Fuca and the Pacific Ocean.

 

I would also be looking North up the length of Vancouver Island. If they would only let me.

Oh, my!! That is incredible!! Somehow walking in fur in the Mountains is just so much of what I love!

 

..but, walking in fur anywhere ain't bad!!

I can't agree more. Just returned from taking a nice long walk in some great fur weather -15C - around where we live in downtown Montreal. My Finn Raccoon coat kept me just right. Second time out since Sunday when I had the delight of going for a walk with my wife in her Ranch Mink and myself in my Silver Raccoon. Looks like we are finally going to have a winter for fur. They wear fur in Los Angeles so why not Florida - good way to get back at all the Canadian Snow Birds who head south to get away from the cold. Enjoy while you can.

Hi

I am back and got to the mountians. I moved from Long Island to the pocnos in Scranton, Pa. I have had a week of below frezzing weather even in the daytime and a 2 days relief in a big storm the back to the icebox. Along with a $205 reduction in rent and a huge apartment with a pool. Been enjoying wereing fur in the house from wakeup to bed.

Got Mountains! Always lived in mountains!

 

We got lots of mountains here in North By East including the Whites, but the local "peak" is Agamenticus and is a mere 680'. Still a nice view, though, and windy so fur is a must.

 

Furs and mountains go together. I bought my first fur 16 years ago to romp about the mountains west of Denver.
