Its just something about it I just love, the warmth, uber soooftness of it. i wore my fur last night out with my gf and my fur just kept me sooooooooo warm and cozy... I love it. I love the way my fur hugs me when its zipped up.. is it just something special about fur that makes us feel this way??? I wouldnt trade my fur for the world. paul2809

FrBrGr
Paul, there is absolutely no need to explain yourself or justify your feelings about fur. Not around here! You have expressed the way pretty much all of us here feel about our sweet, soft seductress...
ReFur
Paul, The question you raise is so very true. In fact, I am going to go back into our old site and copy some incredible posts we had there that addressed this very issue. Here is one from 2005 a few months after I found Melody, our former site: I have a fur shop in Michigan. I had two ladies in yesterday trying on furs. They were having a lot of fun, and had had a few drinks as well. (Common in our resort shop! You guys would just love it!!) The one turned to me and said, "What is it about furs?! They just make you feel so...." She could not explain what she was feeling. I just smiled and said I knew exactly what she meant and agreed with her. I thought of all the stories I had read on Melody. I told her a lot of people feel that way! There is just something about fur! Linda
ReFur
Here are two more from 2005: Hi folks, I am quiet new into this group and still trying to find out how it all works. Like most of you I must admit that I am a furlover as well. It is nice to read the forum. I notice a lot of similarities with myself, but I also see that there are quiet a lot of differences in the way that people experience there furfetish. I myself like to see nice looking women wearing nice furcoats like fox or lynx. The ultimate feeling for me is then to hug against her and her furcoat and feel the warmth and softness. Sometimes I have jokingly said that my furfetish is there to compensate for the fact that I am getting bald. I love most what I don't have myself. But that must be bullshit because my first experiences of my furfetish are from when I was a boy of around 4 or 5 years old. But I do believe that hormons might play a roll in it, I don't know which roll, but I am convinced. Or is that bullshit too?Male (01)coleap2803 Cole... Great to have you here at Melody. Hope you really enjoy it here. You will find many people here all the way from those who love furs because of a fetish that they have, all they way through to those who just love furs because of the way they look and feel. In fact I for one am totally convinced that there is no fine line between these two. One love just pulls gradually into the other. I certainly do believe that "hormones" play a role in it, just like I believe that a fetish is probably slightly different for each and every person who has it. Welcome to the Den. White There are so many incredible posts from our old site. Wish they were located as a forum here instead of out-of-site out-of-mind. (Did ya notice the play on words there?! )
Guest
very clever..."out of SITE..." Admittedly I probably would have missed it if you hadn't pointed it out Linda (and I'm supposed to be catching stuff like this...you should see some of the words that are mis-used by my college students).
