New Blizzard

Hello All,

 

I am sorry to have to say this but......we are in a actual blizzard condition here in Utah at this time ( a dry snow) and it's headed East. Looks just like the pictures on TV that they showed of the East Coast. Mixed feelings here. Great for us but not you folks back East who may still be digging out.

 

We're going to the hospital in a little while. Our daughter is having her baby tonight. I think we'll be wearing our furs, of course.

Mother and baby boy are doing great. 5 pounds 3 ounces and 18 in. long. He has finally been able to maintain his temperature today. When they bring him home it'll be

@15 F. I think I'll bring my Fox blanket that I made and wrap him in it. He'll be as warm as can be.

As for the weather.. It's been weird around here having spring-like conditions and being told that harsh weather is coming. I'll believe it when I see it but I haven't seen anything harsh in decades when it comes to MN weather..
