Talk about creepy and sad at the same time. If there are no tenants, regardless of the space, maintenance costs coupled with repair costs will only spell for disaster. Money spent to built something is usually only spent if there is a equal or larger return on the investment. They're spending money to expand and no one can afford the spaces that are provided. They are creating a vacuum and it is going to be bad once it starts. Perhaps we can get a break on that stimulus check we got a little while ago? " title="Applause" />
