sableman
Hi all. I am not posting this as a push for my fur stories sight and I hope no one will think that. I will say hello to my good fur friends, Fur Burger and White Fox. I have been away for awhile. I have not been ill although I have had better years of health. I kind of got "burned out" with writing stories and did not attend to my Yahoo fur stories site. I kind of started writing again although I have not posted the stories yet. I did post a message on my Yahoo site this evening so if anyone wants to comment, feel free to do so. I hope to post the new stories soon. I have not visited this site for a long time either and I apologize again, to my good friends mentioned above. They have worked so hard over the years to make sites available for us fur lovers. So of course I have not lost my love for fur! I hope all who read this are well and enjoying fur, naturally. Again, please understand that this is not an advertisement for my site but just to let those who care, know I am still around. LOL, and for those who don't care, so be it. Enjoy fur!!!! Kappa
Sableman!! It's good to hear and see something from you! I do hope things have been well for you. Don't be such a stranger and I'm sure just like many others, I look forward to reading your stories again soon!
White Fox
Kappa, I agree. Sableman and I became mods on this site at the same time. I remember talking with him about that and about our views on things here. We both thought a whole lot alike! Sable, great to see you post again. I almost missed your post here. Always so great to hear from you again! For some reason your name and Samurman are so close that it is so easy to get momentarily confused. Again, hope to hear from you again! And you are indeed welcome to mention your site. As you know we allow posts every now and then on this forum by anyone to post about their site and tell members here what is going on in different areas of our own little world So great to hear from you! Worker 11811
I know what it's like to feel like you have to write stories on cue. When you write a story and people like it, one of the first things they ask is, "When are you going to write another?" The usual answer is something like, "Of course, I'll write another one soon." But the problem is that people just don't understand what it takes to write a story, regardless of whether it's a fur story or not. The premise and the plot have to be right. The characters and their actions have to be just right. You have to think about motivation and meaning. You have to have this all in place or, at least, you have to have the building blocks in order before you can even start to write. This does not include the actual work of writing; the typing, the spelling, the grammar and don't forget the proofing and the re-proofing. Even with computers and automated spell checkers, there's a lot of work that goes into writing! So, you have written a story, people have liked it and you are ready to write another but your mind just sort of goes blank... You've got other things in life to worry about. You often don't have time to think about the next story. When you do think about it, you're not often in a place where you can write ideas down. I don't know how many time's I have come up with good ideas when I was at work but struggled to remember them when I finally got home to write them down! Thanks, Sableman, for writing your stories, from somebody who appreciates what it takes to write them! It's nice to see you back for a visit! Guest
Sableman; I kinda got burnt out writing myself (plus the push of my business) so I know what you mean. Glad to see you here and hope you don't take quite so long between posts. OFF
sableman
Thanks to all of you for your kind words and positive comments! It is so nice to know there are nice people in our wonderful fur community! Worker 11811, I really enjoyed your comments as you seem to be able to idetify with writing stories. It is a chore, alhthough one I thoroughly enjoyed and still do enjoy. I am not a prefessional write but awhile back, as I was visiting the fur sites, I wanted to have a way toc contribute. I felt kind of guilty as I visited and enjoyed the fur sites that were available. I had written some stories before and a fur fetish woman at the time, she has since disappeared, urged me to create a Yahoo site and said she would assist me in setting it up. She was so gracious in doing so and did most of the work for me except for the writing the stories. I wish she were still around as I am forever in her debt. But I appreciate all those who tell me they like the stories and appreciate the fact that I write them. I have said it before, but it makes it all worhtwhile. So thank you again to those of you who have posted a reply here. Your words are appreciated. I will let everyone know when I post the new stories.
