Favorite Bond scene

Granted this may be limited, however I can think of one immediately. When Jill St. John is sitting on a white fox(?) bed spread on what look like a clear water bed. In the scene she seems to be inviting James Bond for company.

Any others?

Oh, come on! This one's EASY!

How 'bout "Thunderball?"

James Bond (Connery) gives Patricia Fearing (Molly Peters) a naked rub down with a mink glove?

Later in his room (in two scenes), Bond rubbed a soft mink glove over the naked back of now sexually-liberated and appreciative Patricia, who enjoyed his therapeutic moves ("Mink. It reduces the tensions").

When Bond left Shrublands, he asked her to "keep in touch," and she cordially replied: "Any time, James. Any place." He responded: "Another time. Another place."

It took me less than a minute to find these citations!

It's got to be after the chase in the snow and the snow rally, when Bond hides in the barn with his Bond girl, on a red fox coat in the hay. Not sure which film or which Bond, but always remember it!

I believe that was "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".

You are correct on that one.

Another couple that jump to mind are the scene at the beginning of 'The Spy who Loved Me' and the ice hotel portion of 'Die Another Day'. I think there was another scene or two from 'Thunderball, but I don't think Sean Connery was in the scene.

Time to pull the movies out and watch again...

O.K. I fantasize about going to the "ice hotel" because I KNOW there would be many furs, I perhaps I could wear one without turning a head. I agree that scene is great, I love watching it. However, my favorite is still Jill St. John in Diamonds are Forever. See the link for her picture. There are others, but this is what I remember.

Yes the "mink glove scene" IS great. I often wonder what it would be like to get a rub down like that from, well someone...lord knows my wife wouldn't do it...

Found it. It's Sue Vanner as the "Log Cabin Girl" in the opening scene of "The Spy Who Loved Me."

Good call!

I'm probably going to head to the video store and rent the movie so I can do some frame grabs!

Perhaps a window of opportunity... The weekend was very busy: graduation party for our daughter (valedictorian and other honors), our son is home on leave, my birthday (but it kind of got put on hold as we had to clean and straighten up the house and yard).

At any rate, my wife our daughter and I wanted to just relax and look at a movie (our son is chasing a girl). We somehow got the James Bond series. We talked about which movie to look at, and without thinking I said "How about Thunderball?" My wife and daugher both said O.K. so we watched it. A few minutes into the movie I realized it was the "mink glove" movie. When the scene came on, my wife looked at me and said "maybe that's why you want a mink glove" or something to that effect. The thing that got me was it wasn't condescending. I responded with a relatively calm "hey yeah maybe you're right" kind of response. Maybe this is a window of opportunity.

I still think the Jill St. John scene tops them all...
