Looks like that description could stand updating. You can sell individual items like that in the Ebay Plus forum of the web site. Just place a thread and advertise them. That forum is popular, is highly visible, and is "Sales oriented", so that is why we allow sales there. Many people do not like them on the main forum, so they are not allowed on that one.
