minkme
According to the Fur Information Council, just short of 5 percent of the fur sold in the United States is menswear http://www.slate.com/articles/life/gentleman_scholar/2015/01/men_wearing_fur_fashion_advice_plus_how_late_is_too_late_for_holiday_tipping.html
AKcoyote
I think the stated statistic may be somewhat lower than reality. In some cold climate areas the number would be much higher.
furrybob
Hi, Well I'm very glad to be one of the 5%. I try to wear fur every day, so in wintertime, I get to wear 5 or more pieces. In summer it is some what less. It will be just my suede jacket with a SABLE collar, but in winter there is no limit. Yesterday, I wore my MINK and leather coat (from Mailon), long SABLE scarf (from Denis Basso), SABLE hat (also from Dennis Basso), full length MINK gilet, short SABLE scarf (from Mailon), SABLE gloves (Kaufman furs), and as my coat was partially undone, I had to use my double grey MINK scarf (from Harrods).
