Site problem. Off air for awhile due to restart

Folks. I had to request a "restart" of our site this morning urgently. Due to this it was down for about an hour. Sorry that I did not have time to tell you of this in advance, but things did not work out that way. the site had almost died and was giving a lot of errors. We try to notify in advance of this things, but this time it just did not work.

Actually it was our database server that had stopped. I restarted it when I noticed the issue this morning.
