Gallery -- multiple file uploading once again available

I corrected a directory permission issue that was preventing use of Multiple File uploading methods. I say methods, because I added a plugin that uses HTML5 to allow uploading multiple image files. The HTML5 plugin does NOT work with versions of IE below 10, but should work with Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and some other browsers. At this time the default uploading method remains the Flash driven Multiple file method, but you are free to select whichever method you prefer from the drop-down list of the upload method box.
