We don't have cable right now (which is fine because we save a lot of $$). We get a weird station called "COZI". It used to be "This". At any rate, I happened upon a rerun of Dragnet (remember the Jack Webb police show that was VERY SERIOUS). This particular episode was about trying to capture fur thieves. I HAD to watch, but flip between channels (all four of them. It was a HOOT! The furs were 60's designs. Nothing fancy (oxymoron??). But if you can find it on you tube it might be worth a look.

Yes. All the acting is kind of cheesy. I suppose it was standard for that era.

There was a Chips episode with a chase that involved a fur heist. I remeber furs flying out onto the freeway but not much else.

I'm a big Miami Vice fan, great show. Disappointed that there are no smoking hot women in 80s furs though.
