Fur ID - When you buy a fake but some bits are real

Well, after some time wasted after wool, I thought it would be nice to run after some fur, and bought this really cheap. In fact, for the price, I was expecting it to be 100% fake, but when I saw it in person... Well, at least this bit of the collar was natural. Being it from USA (for the styling, 40~50's), can I call it mink?

 

Beside jpegs, I never saw another fur that wasn't rabbit in real life lol

Collar looks like mink paws to me.
