I can see why the author would believe that this is a faux..Feathered furs typically look more artificial a fully let out pelt. And bright magenta was a poor choice IMO..

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I read an article a long time ago where she stated she was "anti-fur". I haven't been a fan since. To my eye, the coat looks fake. The price wouldn't surprise me if it was real or not, so I wouldn't let that sway me. Too bad.
