Help identifying a vintage fur

I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify what type of fur this coat is made from please?

This appears to be a very badly worn Chinese mink as they used to be called. I make this assertion based upon the edges around the collar that appear most like mink to me, although due to the amount of wear and the odd colour, it is difficult to tell definitively.

My guess is dyed muskrat.
