Guest
Can someone tell me if Rex Rabbit and French Rabbit are the same thing?
lynxette
They can be, if the rex is from France. Essentially yes, they are the same, in that they are very much the poor man's chinchilla in feel and usage. I have a rabbit pullover that is black with fox trim around the neck and cuffs that I match with a pair of black leather pants. Technically the top is a jacket, but I have always worn it as a sort of sweater.

I don't know anything about rabbit, and I like to know the background/history of furs. Someone here once told me that they like Rex Rabbit, and when I looked it up last night it said the Rex Rabbit originated in France, so I have seen people say "French Rabbit" and I was unsure if they meant Rex. Your explanation has helped clarify.
