That's a real fur. I find that often times fur influencers or celebs will often tell magazine publications or describe in their social media hashtags a real fur as "faux" in order to throw the peta folks of their scent. Sort of a tongue in cheek "Don't ask, Don't tell" kind of philosophy.

No I don't mean that. More like its deliberate disinformation meant to keep Peta from maybe raising their voices too loudly. Or perhaps these celebs don't want to hurt their own reputations or lose any followers so they tell people that their furs are fake that way they don't get any negative feedback
