Shy_Fur_Guy
I'm having a lot of difficulty updating my avatar pic from plain old grey silhouette to something more festive. I apologize if this question has been answered but I didn't see it in the Forum Topics but how do you get a photo down to the size and pixel requirements for an avatar? Fox
I'm pretty certain the website software won't do it. But literally any photo editing software will do it, like something as simple as Paint. There are even online sites that will do it for you: http://www.picresize.com/
Shy_Fur_Guy
Thank you Fox. I tried using my phone's editing software but it wouldn't resize the pic in terms of the file size or the pixel ratio. I'll try using the link that you posted and see if that works. AKcoyote
You need to edit the desired image and scale it down so the resulting image meets the size limitations of: max width 100 pixels max height 250 pixels max size 59KB. Most image editors such as Photoshop, ImageMagik, etc. will allow you to make the necessary edits.
Shy_Fur_Guy
Thanks to both of you. I got it right but I wouldn't have without your help. Cheers!
