I think 'buyer beware' in all Auz furs. Our climate and lack of cold environments to store furs makes many older coats dry and brittle. People ask silly prices which you can buy overseas for 1/3 to a 1/2 of the cost asked here.

Absolutely echo the comments about prices... some people have absolutely no idea and seem to think that because it's fur that it holds the exact same value as gold bullion and charge accordingly. On the other hand, I've also benefited from the ignorance of some sellers who thought a lynx was mink and a chinchilla was rabbit (well, they were close). On each of those occasions, I've bought them for a much reduced price - but those finds aren't often come by
