Help???

I hope someone here can help. I used to have this pic of Joey Lauren Adams in my collection. But alas, as with most of us, computer failures happen and we lose pics . For whatever reason, IMDB will not allow saving of the pics anymore (wether it be save, copy/paste etc). When I do try to save, copy/paste all i get is a blank space where the pic should be. Does anyone have this pic in their collection that I may have a copy??? Please?? I didn't actually save it to my hard drive, but it looks like Firefox would let me save it just fine. Perhaps it's a browser issue.

you may find the pic if you do a getty images search....or a google search and try a celeb site.

IMDB plays this dirty trick: They superimpose a 1 X 1 pixel, transparent GIF image over the top of the JPEG so people can't click-and-save the picture.

 

If you go to "View Source..." and look through the HTML you can find the real URL to the picture and snag it.

You should be able to snag that image quite easily.

Hey guys, thnx for the help I knew IMDB was playing 'dirty '. WORKER I had noticed what you pointed out about the gif/ jpeg, but couldn't figure out how to get around it. Now I should be able to??, assuming the mush in my head still works right .

 

Hey TOS, don't know if you get the Tonight Show w/ Jay Leno where your at, but he had Joey Lauren on as a guest last week, and she addmitted she still had not quit smoking yet. So if you are familliar with Leno's style, he kept egging her on about quitting, and she got to a point she was about to go off stage to light up, just to spite him. Figured you might like that little peice.

Copy that text and paste it into the address bar of a new browser window and you should be able to go straight to that image.

 

If there are several JPEGs on the same page you might have to hunt around to find the picture you want but the process is the same.

 

Lots of websites pull this same kind of trick. Honestly, I don't know why they even bother. If you can display it in a browser window there's somebody out there who can copy it.

I know she is a chain smoker...and rumoured to be a fetishist herself.

As are quite a few other big stars I have put in the denne pub smoking lounge.

 

Big crossover....many fur wearers also smoke or smoked ....noticed?

And i havent even scratched the surface yet ...there are people like Sharon Stone to do....but that will be like three pages of furs and smoking!!!
