Thank you to all who suggested actions and gave me suggestions on how to handle the situation. 

As said in the main post:

UPDATE: We spoke, and I was able to get him to remove the parts of my story he had posted. He apologized, and I explained why doing what he did was not OK, but ultimately forgave him. All is well, and has been fixed, I hope to get you part 5 of 'Fur Wrapped Present as soon as I am finished writing it. Thank you all again for your support, and I can't wait to publish the next part.
