Hello everyone. Please share your opinions on this parka I found and should I buy it. What are your opinions on fur lined parkas for men? Is it feminine, because actually I want even more fur, on the sleeves, collar etc. Thank youIMG_20210927_140149.thumb.jpg.b1f288db2b863c47c2cc46baeeb82c71.jpgIMG_20210927_134405.thumb.jpg.c4379e12b5ad355164367f840c8232ad.jpgIMG_20210927_134005.thumb.jpg.2bdaa905f656e4178a368873eb404f18.jpg

I think that's a pretty cool and maskuline alternative! At least where I live, fur lined and trimmed parkas for men are very common, and a great stylish and practical alternative in the winter. Personally I own three different styles, of various utility and furriness.

If you like it, go for it!

Thanks, i will think about it (its a little bit expensive), and also people here in my country like to judge a lot. I would love to see your parkas! Cheers

Here's my current trio of fur trimmed parkas, that keep me warm during the worst winter storms!

More fur is never wrong! 😄

For me they all serve different purposes - The heavy Nobis-parka is for work or leisure out in the cold winter or autumn weather (with its waterproof shell and thick insulation making it useful in the dark, wet autumn aswell). I've worn it while working outdoors in a blizzard strong enough to knock me off my feet, but I was never cold! The canvas Marlino one is my general go-to for heading to work or going out for groceries or whatever everyday activities, autumn, winter and spring. It's fully lined with sheared rabbit, and I usually use it without the fur trim on the hood, to make it even more "casual".

The black Cedrico one with the massive fur lined and trimmed hood is more seldom used, because while its super warm or cosy, its not exactly practical for work, or something I'm comfortable just leaving around various job venues to get dirty or end up in a heap on the floor.

So yeah, not having a typical "office" job where I can just hang my jacket up in a wardrobe, it has to be a trade-off between practicality and durability,  and furriness!

I would personally go with a shearling lined parka with a  beaver and wolverine ruff with claws and land otter cuffs.

Where do you guys get these Parkas with fur?  I do not think I've seen Parkas like that in the United States.

I've seen a few fur parkas in nicer stores in the US like Saks and Neiman Marcus. There were a few for men, but moreso for women. Which I prefer. Would love to try wearing fur parkas someday.
