Mr Barguzin
Given the appearance of two new PFV sites that will not feature any XXX content, I was wondering are we approaching a new era on the web.... or are these folks opportunists who will go the way of the Dodo. Given that my opinion is already known ( no way jose), I am wondering what others think. Hence this poll. If you have any comments or whatever to add, please feel free to so do. votanodin
Yes, actually this is a new age. Demand creates the supply. But I don't think that I'll join these sites. We can provide enough materials without them.
FurLoverinFL
I've only joined one PFV fur site - the old 'Fur World' (I think that was it). It's been what, 2, 3 years since that one closed... FLinFL
Guest
FurLov; Same here. If I pay it's for a feature length of Lana Cox or someone like her in fur the whole movie. OFF
Worker 11811
Probably not. Generally I don't join pay sites in the first place. I have rarely seen any pay site that has anything else I can't get elsewhere on the net. But just because there's no skin it doesn't mean I won't join, either. There's got to be some fantasy aspect of the pictures I see. Take a look at the Fur Den logo picture up in the corner of every page. No skin there but, WOW! What a picture! bluefox
Sure not. The fur community doesn't need pay sites and I think that the solidarity of the fur community will be stronger than the owners of the pay-sites so that we can collect enough material all together in order to sharing for each other without loosing money. But I can undersand the try of some site-owners to earn money where it is possible. But I think that fur community are not people like the big public and this community is quite smal for earning big money with us....
mailonfurs
Definately not. There will always be great free fur websites like thefurden , E-Furs.com and Lanafurs for us. No need to pay
Guest
Personally I've always supported sites that have given us opportunities to view new material even if it's for only 1 month. Remember paying NTC & Fetishma subscriptions in the early days & they had a ton of new stuff that wasn't readily available on the net, too me that was value for money & I readily supported both those sites. Maybe some of the fees for the new sites are too high ($50 for one springs to mind & 35Euros for a DVD another) but I always say if everybody stumped a little cash up each month then these sites could possibly produce a lot more Fur opportunites for us all to view ie Mr Mockle photoshoot, Fur Bondage site, Merlin's DVD's, Miss Therassa' calender to name a few recent opportunities. All these ventures cost money, too me we should either contribute something ourselves to the community (Photos,Links, sites, DVD's etc) or pay a little each month to support these ventures rather than jus the TAKE TAKE TAKE attitude otherwise they're won't be any new material out there to share.........? Jus a thought as I seem to be in the minority...... makes a change
mailonfurs
don't forget that there are always other was to support these sites. For example, I think E-furs.com and Lanafurs are google affiliates which means they choose to publish google ads on their sites that users can click and they get paid. I know it is not a lot, but a few clicks help them go on.
FrBrGr
G-rated? No. X-rated? Possibly.
White Fox
I voted no as well. However, there oculd be times when that would change. If a site simply had a few (or a lot) of commonly seen G rated pictures on it and nothing else, then why pay for what I have seen already. However, if I were to go to a site and see a whole lot of other info on that site I might pay for to enter. But that might would depend on the quality of the other areas. Also, it would help if there were a lot of G rated pictures there that I had not seen. If a member here was to tell me that such existed, it might change my mind as well. As Furelli suggested, it does take money to run these sites. I do like the volunteer idea myself though. Just like Melody used to be. I would far sooner give to a site from my heart rather than being forced to. W P.S. You will notice a Sponsor tab on this site. It will become available in the future. Guest
I really doubt g rated pay sites will fly.Too many options out there Go on then, I'll bite - You say "Too many options out there" I don't understand, what do you mean by that? There's lots of free sites with all new pics of models in furs? OR people not interested in G Rated sites jus want XXX?
Guest
I think that g rated sites must have something else. there are lots of sites which are just fashion oriented....we can just look at those. Then you have excellent sites like mr Mockles which are free but are so professional I would have paid to join. But pics of non pro models and celebs you can get from getty etc and mag scans...no way. i think the street photos have a place and potential...but not for that price. The way to go would be to post maybe 20 and send for a disc as an option to PFV. Videos clips? Well if it was Mr Mockle using pro models yes. If it wasnt pro models no. Nothing to do with g or XXX...just has to be quality. the only other poss of PFV working is highly specialised that you cant getelsewhere. for example, combo fetish sites...thats why people pay to join dragons. So they would make PFV work . Its not the nudity or XXX why Dragons works...its the bondage element, etc. Would I pay for PFV for fur. No Would I pay for a PFV for smoking and fur with pro models? You betcha because its rare and specialised. Also gives you TWO fetish communities to target. I have talked to people in the smoking community who have posted fur shots who now come here to look, and also really appreciate fur ...just not to the extent we do. A similar situation would work if you had burlesque fur site, or Thigh boots and furs, or gloves and furs...or all of them under one roof would make a fortune. allfurme
My attitude is if i have to pay to see it i don't want to see it. I have viewed plenty of the type of pics i'm interested in (1930's-1950's). If there is a DVD available of a good fur film i'll buy that.
