Messed around with very old mid-aughts images (mostly from Madison Avenue Mall) and it’s super realistic the output. The program is called FaceApp which is amazingly simple to use and has a free 3 day trial period and decently affordable going forward. One caveat is because fur is obviously very similar to human hair, you have to make sure that the models hair color is distinctly different before altering the image - otherwise, you may get unintentional results.
