Fur pillows for everyday use?

I notice most fur pillows for sale are for use as accents, not to sleep on more regularly. Has anyone tried replacing their usual pillowcases with fur? Is it comfortable?

Fur is pretty warm for me to use, especially the faux ones as unless weaved, most acrylic or polyester does not breathe. Even real fur gets warm after a few minutes. Baking your brains is not highly recommended. Now as for snuggling or as a body pillow, that different.

Sheared furs and low-pile sheepskin work nicely as pillow covers. I find them particularly cozy for an occasional afternoon nap.

I don't have fur pillows, but always fur cushions in and on the bed at night...lovely to cuddle up to.
